Title: Consultant - Professional Services

Reports: This position reports to the Vice-President of Operations

Objective: Verticent is looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Professional Services team. The ideal applicant will be results driven, self-directed, well organized, articulate, persistent and committed. This person will be an experienced implementation consultant/project manager with metals industry experience. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are a must.

Requirements:

• Steep knowledge of Manufacturing and Distribution processes related to the Metals Industry
• Minimum of 3 years of implementing enterprise software in the metals industries.
• Responsible for delivering consulting revenues.
• Activities include full range of the implementation process, from pre-sales to implementation education and consulting, to post-sales education and consulting.
• Aptitude to grasp and document technical concepts.
• Understands software processes in all departments of an enterprise.
• Support sales activities when required.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Bachelor's degree desired.
• CPIM certification highly desirable.
• At least 60% Travel should be expected

Technical Preferences :

• Basic Microsoft SQL skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Basic Intelligence report writing skills.
