Kent Johnson, Vice President of Operations

The first twelve years of Kent’s career were spent honing his management, organizational, and IT skills by implementing new ERP systems to aid in the turn-around of failing businesses.  From that career he moved into consulting and the project management of ERP implementation projects in manufacturing.

Kent strives to help Verticent clients understand how their organization will gain operational improvement and market advantage by leveraging a more capable technology through his years of experience with both ERP systems and organizational management.

David Morgenstern, Vice President Marketing & Sales

David has over 14 years’ experience marketing and selling enterprise software.  At France-based Symtrax Corporation, David launched operations for the company in the US, where the company was virtually unknown.  In a period of 8 years, David spearheaded the growth of Symtrax to become a leader in the area of business intelligence applications, significantly growing revenues and spreading the company across the country into multiple offices.

During his 6 years at Kewill, Inc., David specialized in the sale of trade compliance and supply chain software to Fortune 1000 companies, applying a consultative approach to selling.  This effort resulted in the addition of many significant marquee customers, as well as a steady stream of SAAS, software license and professional services revenue to the organization.
