Custom labels and forms can be created with programming assistance. Custom forms include purchase orders, acknowledgements, supplier labels, serial/lot labels, invoices and many more.

You can also establish and maintain more than one alternate routing for any manufactured item. Also, Manufacturing Plus easily captures information on any rejected materials, rework costs and total costs involved for production of reworked items.

Rework processing capabilities are provided to allow you to assign any rejected items to a maintainable rework order - complete with the costs of all previous operations.

Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
Manufacturing Plus provides user-friendly, graphical, interactive MRP as well as supply/demand review, master production scheduling, sales/forecast/plan comparison, capacity analysis, constraint analysis, material what-if analysis, supplier MRP and supplier schedules.

As an interactive capability, MRP in Manufacturing Plus allows you to synchronize supply and demand based on up-to-the-second information - all online.

Finite Scheduling with WHAT-IF Simulations
Powerful finite scheduling capabilities enable you to create production schedules based on finite capacity constraints and then simulate changes to the schedule by asking what-if. Interactive what-if scenarios let you consider, and make, real-time decisions with immediate feedback.

When satisfied with the simulation, you instantly can update the production schedule.
