Overview

In this hands-on course, you will learn how to make full use of Verticent Distribution, as well as understand its behavior as a methodology for customer order management. Subjects covered include customer, part, and pricing setup, order entry, shipping, invoicing, and sales reporting. This class consists of lecture and labs and is intended to provide a thorough overview of the functionality of the system and necessary processes to effectively use Verticent Distribution.

Who should attend?

This course is intended for Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and Shipping personnel. At least one person from each department or Manager from each department should attend the class.
