Overview

In this hands-on course, you will learn how to make full use of Verticent Sales Force Automation, as well as understand its automation behavior as a methodology and process.

Subjects covered include contact management, opportunity management and automated marketing techniques.

This class consists of lecture and labs and is intended to rapidly accelerate the time needed to bring a sales or marketing person up to date on the latest technology system.

Prerequisites

• Experience using a personal computer.
• Experience using Microsoft Windows or another graphical user interface.
