Technical Planning
Verticent's technical project manager will work with you and your technology team to plan the installation and support of your Verticent products. Technical Planning includes a discussion of the following areas: 

• Desktop PC requirements (operating system and hardware)
• Server requirements and/or recommendations
• Network infrastructure requirements (LAN, WAN or Internet)
• Performance optimization and tuning

The result of these Technical Planning sessions will be a strong system design, detailed technical requirements and a thorough technical project plan. PSO team members will integrate the technical project plan with your overall project plan as part of the implementation process.

Technical Audit
This two-day technical review is part of a comprehensive plan to help assess your current technology environment and to maximize system performance.

During the Technical Audit, Verticent's PSO team will work directly with your technology team to review your current environment, discuss your future technology direction and present Verticent's recommendations for optimizing your environment.

Technical System Integration
PSO team members also will help you integrate your Verticent systems with your other internal systems. During system integration, our PSO team will set up communications systems between your headquarters and remote sites, help you utilize your telecommunications networks, and automate the movement of data to accelerate delivery of information you need to operate your business.
